I went in too look for shoes that I saw in the window but they were out ,but Mike was so helpful and accommodating by telling me he could do a web order and have them shipped to my house ,I received my shoes today and I just wanted to post about how great his customer service was ,not at all what I expected from a guy with tattoos all over his head , thank you Mike for such a pleasant experience!

I went in the other day looking for a pair of shoes and I was having trouble making up my mind d until this guy with a lot of tattoos showed up and offered to help me. I told him I needed something comfortable and cool that I can wear to work and he found exactly what I needed, I asked his name he said it's Mike so I said thanks Mike I'll be sure to tell my family and friends that this is the spot for great shoes and great service and I will be back.

Place was great, helped me find exact shoe I wanted. Was half the price I thought I'd spend. Had no problems with size, will definitely return. Cheaper than JCP which is were I thought I'd find the shoe I wanted, but they ended up not having the one I wanted an next closest was twice what I paid and I couldn't wear to work. Which was hole reason I was getting new shoes was for work. Very knowledgeable. Kind and very helpful.

My husband got some sweet new vans thanks to Mike! We probably wouldn’t have made a purchase tonight but he recommended so many good picks. Great customer service and my husband is looking good in some new shoes!

Great store super clean. I got helped by the bald guy with all the tattoos on his head. Extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. Great shopping experience will definitely go again and tell my friends to go too!

Not sure what all the complaining is about- it’s a discount shoe store… if you want employees to tend to you and everything is always neat & organized, go to Dillard’s or similar and pay the full price. I have only shopped here once- no one helped me and the store was a bit messy but that is to be expected when you are getting bargain prices. They do make efforts to keep things orderly but just can’t always keep up with the number of customers coming through. I happily paid for 2 pairs of shoes (that I did not need); my friend was the one that needed shoes and she bought 2 pairs as well, and I also joined their loyalty program- I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Kevin the sales associate was amazing! He helped me find a pair of running shoes that my son likes which can only be ordered on line since his foot is extra wide. I am so glad that you hired Kevin because he was also able to ship my sons shoes right to my doorstep. In addition, I am able to return them to Encore Shoes in the Boise Mall if they do not fit properly on my son. Just a win-win situation since my son does not like going to the store and trying on shoes. I have bought all my shoes at Encore these past almost two years since moving from San Francisco area of California to Boise….Encore is my favorite shoe store, EVER! They need to have more Encore Shoe departments in Idaho as well as open some stores up in California.
